According to a post on the SEI Blog, there is a gap in cross-domain training. The CERT Division of the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University introduced the Cyber Kinetic Effects Integration system to "combine cyber and kinetic missions in real time," according to Rotem Guttman, Cyber Security Researcher for the CERT Division.
The post describes the group's efforts including working with Bohemia Interactive Simulations' engineers to integrate with the system with VBS3 and recent demonstrations.
